Lee Dalgleish has been with global pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly since 1979, (most recently as Leader, Leadership and Employee Development, Lilly UK and Europe, Middle East, Africa Coordination) in a variety of senior international HR and Leadership Development roles. He is a member of the Advisory Committee on Management Education at INSEAD, France, and a member of (and EQUIS reviewer for) the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD).
