Presenters

Dr David Parker

Dr. David Parker is an Adjunct Professor at the UQ Business School specialising in firm internationalisation and supply chain management. He has extensive international consulting experience and his research interests are around finance, technology and materials handling. Dr. Parker is a Chartered Engineer, Fellow of the Institute of Management Services and Member of the Institute of Logistics.

Mr Liam Stitt

Mr Liam Stitt is a Supply Chain practitioner. His principle strengths are in developing strategic concepts, and translating these visions into reality, having been described as an "action orientated translator". His ability to competently mix strategic understanding with operational drivers has been built around his formal trade and professional training. His underlying expertise is in Change Management and Business Improvement, and has been predominately delivered within a Supply Chain environment.

He has been employed over the last 20 years in government corporations, and in both the publicly listed and family owned
company private sectors.

Credit towards UQBSPostgraduate Studies

Students enrolled in the Graduate Certificate in Executive Leadership may apply to undertake this course for credit towards their postgraduate studies. This course is equivalent to MGTS7704 - Special Topics in Contemporary Leadership. Students wishing to gain credit must undertake all items of assessment.

All other UQBS postgraduate students interested in enrolling in this course for credit, should contact UQBS Student Administration.
