Customer Service Research Grants

The Customer Service Research program receives funding from the following current ARC grants:

  • ARC Discovery Grant 2004-2006 "The Impact of Customer-focused Business Strategies on Organisational Performance in a Professional Service Context" (Jill Sweeney, Geoff Soutar, Janet McColl-Kennedy) $210,000
  • ARC Discovery Grant 2006-2008 "Customer Rage Spectrum Emotions in Service Failure Encounters: linking Experience, Expression, Behavior and Organisational Responses" (Janet McColl-Kennedy, Paul Patterson, and Amy Smith) $240,000
  • ARC Discovery Grant 'A study of dynamic capabilities of Australian and US born global firms' (Jay Weerawardena, Peter Liesch, Gillian Sullivan Mort, and Gary Knight) $160,000
  • ARC Linkage Grant 'Customer Co-production in Ongoing Health Service Delivery: A Longitudinal Study' (Janet McColl-Kennedy, Tracey Dagger, Jill Sweeney, BR Mirolo and MM Hargraves) $115,784
