Improve customer satisfaction and diversify revenue streams by creating innovative and inexpensive solutions for complex problems.

High pressure and tight budgets can make it harder to respond creatively to problems. Recovering from the global pandemic, tourism and hospitality businesses are compelled to be more flexible and adaptable to overcome intense competition and operational challenges such as surging fixed costs. This highly interactive course will set your business apart from competitors by equipping you with effective, budget-friendly techniques to solve complex problems, seize new opportunities, and diversify service offerings.

You will learn how to apply a Design Thinking methodology to address business challenges in a more creative way. This course will urge you to “learn by doing”, including addressing a real-world organisational problem via a Design Lab. This course also includes an exclusive one-on-one personal coaching session with Dr Ivano Bongiovanni.
