The University of Queensland Business School invites you to attend our Thought Leadership Evening, investigating The Future of Leadership – the skills that matter in the fourth industrial revolution on Thursday 11 July 2019.

Nobody can be sure how the future of business will evolve as artificial intelligence, automation and other emerging technologies revolutionise industries. The only certainty is that we must plan for the unplannable, and develop leaders who embrace the unknown.

Leaders need to not only adapt to technology but a changing workforce with labour challenges, including future workforce skills, productivity and emerging changes in employee-organisational relationships and corporate culture.

But how do leaders navigate the transitioning workplace and business terrain to prepare for the challenges of the future? Leadership expert and UQ MBA Director Dr Nicole Hartley is joined by Stefanie Bradley, Partner at KPMG to provide insights on the skills leaders will need to thrive in conditions of uncertainty, and create an environment where people can do their best work in volatile, complex markets.

Guests will have the opportunity to network with UQ alumni and industry guests over drinks and canapés.
