Facilitated round-table discussion: What’s working during COVID-19…and what’s failing?

The COVID-19 pandemic has presented a wide range of unique capability development challenges and has required organisations to be flexible and innovative to achieve targeted learning outcomes.

Our first Learning & Development Network face-to-face meeting since the COVID-19 lockdown will oversee a one-hour facilitated discussion asking attendees: ‘What are the learning initiatives you’ve implemented during COVID-19 that have worked and why; and what are the initiatives that have failed, and why?’. The structured discussion will be followed by informal networking.

This meeting offers a great opportunity for L&D Managers from various businesses and industry sectors to share with, network, and learn from their industry colleagues. While complimentary registrations will be strictly capped to comply with physical distancing restrictions. Please register as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Please note:

  • This session is intended for internal Learning & Development and Organisational Development professionals, or those working in a similar capacity. Unfortunately, due to the limited seating capacity, we cannot provide places for those working in external training organisations, RTOs, etc.
  • This meeting will not be catered due to COVID-19 restrictions. However, the on-site cafe, The Daily Coffee Co., will be open and taps are available to fill your water bottle.
