Researcher biography

Dr Azadeh Rezvani research areas include Organisational Psychology, Complex Project Management, Emotional Intelligence, Management Information Systems, Social Media, Leadership Behavior and Competencies; Employee Well-being and Performance in various industries. Her work has been published in various journals including Journal of Construction Engineering and Management (A*- Q1), International Journal of Project Management (A - Q1), International Journal of Information Management (A* - Q1), International Journal of Manpower (A), European Management Journal (Q1), Journal of Engineering and Technology Management (Q1) and Computers in Human Behavior (A - Q1). She has also presented and published her research in major domestic and international conferences such as European Academy of Management Conference (EURAM), European Conference on Information Systems (ECIS), Australasian Conference on Information Systems (ACIS), Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management Conference (ANZAM) and Pacific Asia Conference on Information Systems (PACIS). Her work has been also gained media attention (e.g., SBS News, Aged Care Insite, New Learning Times, News Segment Interview and QUT News), various awards (Vice-Chancellor Award) and grants (e.g., UQ Research Development Fellow, QUT HDR Initiative Funding, QUT Vice Chancellor Research). Azadeh has also taught, co-designed, enhanced and reviewed various courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She is also part of a research grant assessor community in the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and a member of the National Center of Science and Technology Evaluation (NCSTE), UK Higher Education Academy, Association for Information Systems, European Academy of Management and Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management. In addition, she worked with many organisations across a diverse range of industry sectors such as Defence, Construction and Information Technology to identify their learning and development needs and find a solution, which efficiently and effectively meets those needs.
