Researcher biography

Dr Rezvani diverse research areas include Project Mnagement, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership behaviour and competencies; Employee Well-being and Performance in Large-scale and Complex Information Systems, Defence, Infrustructure and Construction projects. Her work has been published in various journals including Journal of Construction Engineering and Management (A*- Q1), International Journal of Project Management (A - Q1), International Journal of Information Management (A - Q1), International Journal of Manpower (A), European Management Journal (Q1) and Computers in Human Behavior (Q1). She has also presented and published her research in major domestic and international conferences such as European Academy of Management Conference (EURAM), European Conference on Information Systems (ECIS), Australasian Conference on Information Systems (ACIS), Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management Conference (ANZAM) and Pacific Asia Conference on Information Systems (PACIS). Her work has been also gained media attention, various awards and grants.
