Researcher biography

Veronica Lin is a Senior Lecturer in Management in the UQ Business School. Prior to joining UQ in 2019 she was a Lecturer in Management at Queen's University Belfast in the United Kingdom.

Veronica holds a PhD degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from UNSW and an MSc degree in Human Resource Management from Renmin University of China. Veronica worked for three years in an HR role in an international company in China before starting her academic career. She was also involved in a number of HR consultancy projects with clients from both private and public sectors.

Veronica's academic interests include strategic human resource management, the impact of human resource management on employee creativity and well-being, and leadership. She has published in leading international journals including Human Resource Management (US), Human Resource Management Journal (UK), Human Resource Management Review, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Vocational Behavior and others. She has also written multiple book chapters on HRM and innovation. Veronica is on the editorial board for European Management Journal and Human Resource Management Journal.
