Mike has been course convening and lecturing at the UQ Business School to both undergraduates and postgraduates in a wide range of Marketing, International Business and Strategy/Management courses including Business Operations Management, Operating International Business, Product Strategy & Development, Globalisation & Business, Globalisation & the World Economy, Services Management, International Service Operations Management, International Business Management, Global Media and Advertising​, Consumer Behaviour, Foundations of Marketing, Introduction to Management, Sales and Account Management, Product and Service Management, Managing in the Global Workplace and Doing Business in Asia.

During his time at UQ, Mike has continued to apply engaging and innovative teaching techniques and leveraged digital learning platforms and tools to facilitate collaborative learning. This includes the use of online tools such as Harvard online simulations and many other digital tools and techniques in addition to pragmatic focus that incorporate industry engagement and extensive industry reports that illustrate current best practices and trends and creating authentic, applied assessment for impactful student learning outcomes and skills building.

Mike has delivered MBA entrepreneurship, business consulting as well as a wide range of other business courses at international institutions outside of UQ. Mike is proud to have seen thousands of past students launch successful careers in business, add value and deliver significant outcomes for their employers, as well as a number of students, launch successful entrepreneurial ventures.
