Rupert Bryce
Rupert is a career executive coach and has 20 years’ experience in developing leaders in organisations. He is currently working with CEOs and senior executives of publicly listed companies and throughout his career as a coach has worked with over half of the ASX Top 50. Rupert is the Director and Founder of Performance Strategies, a successful leadership development consulting firm specialising in creating a coaching culture and capability through coaching skills for leadership.

Sue Sampson
With extensive coaching experience, expertise in leader development and recent and on-going leadership roles, Sue uses evidence based coaching methodology to support individuals and groups be clear about the outcomes they want, make conscious mission-driven choices, build capability, and enact effective strategies. Sue has deep experience in organisational change and has worked with many organisations helping to create a shift in culture, strategy and where needed, structure. Current consulting work includes supporting executive and operational teams to collaborate effectively towards shared outcomes, and helping individuals and teams build skills and strategies to enable sustainable productivity.
Formal qualifications:
- Master’s degree by Research, Management (How effective contemporary leaders influence subordinates).

Clifford Morgan
Cliff is passionate about organisational development, partnering with workplace leaders to assist developing themselves and their teams to achieve personal and corporate goals and fulfil organisational potential. An endorsed organisational psychologist with over fifteen years of service with the Royal Australian Air Force, he brings a wealth of experience that provides a unique perspective to assist his clients. As a coach he has worked with CEOs, military commanders, State and Federal government executives, and various business and community leaders across a wide variety of industries. Leonie Horrigan
Leonie is a highly experienced and well-regarded executive coach of executives and senior managers with more than 20 years experience. Her coaching style supports both current and aspiring leaders to be high performing, successful, agile and resilient. Leonie is a registered business psychologist with a PhD in organisational change. She has previously worked in senior management positions in large organisations and in senior consulting positions in award-winning consultancy firms. For the past 15 years Leonie has co-owned and operated a successful Brisbane based management consulting practice. Leonie’s first-hand experience as a senior leader, company director and business owner combined with her high-level expertise in business psychology and leader effectiveness make her an excellent coach for MBA participants.
