Libby Marshall
Libby Marshall is an expert in career development, talent acquisition, talent engagement and leadership development. With more than 30 years’ experience in a diverse range of industries including tourism, sport, government, not-for-profit, energy and education, Libby has the knowledge and expertise to advise and guide her clients with purpose and strategic intent. She has worked in the UK, France, the USA and Australia, within the disciplines of strategy, people development, employability, talent acquisition, organisational capability and capacity, marketing, communications and event management.
When building and developing the workforce capability and capacity, Libby brings a depth and breadth of knowledge highly valued by business, industry and candidates alike. Her expertise in creating career development frameworks and organisational talent acquisition strategies, provides a unique combination of skills that brings immense value to business. She holds a strong track record identifying emerging employment trends and business needs and has earned a highly regarded reputation for connecting people to business and business to people.

Libby is the Managing Partner for Tanner Menzies in Queensland, the Managing Director of the Australia New Zealand MBA Directors Forum, and works with clients such as the University of Sydney Business School, the Graduate Management Admissions Council (Hong Kong), the University of Auckland, the University of Queensland Business School and is also an Executive MBA Coach for MBA and Masters of International Business students attending the University of Illinois, Chicago.
Libby has recently been appointed Ambassador to AMCHAM’s Global Leadership Academy and a member of AMCHAM’s National Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Libby has held previous board directorships with Tourism and Events Queensland and the Celebrate Queensland Committee (Australia Day Council Queensland). Libby holds post graduate qualifications in HR and Business, is an MBA graduate of the University of Queensland Business School and a certified Myer-Briggs Practitioner.
Paul Holland
Professional Background
Paul Holland has built significant careers in both the interactive media industry and the education and training sectors. He has been a company director, c-level executive, software developer, business consultant, executive business coach, lecturer and teacher.
After a long career developing educational technology, Paul moved to the private sector and became General Manager and Director of ICE Media, a national multimedia company. He carried out several international consultancies during this time.
He was then appointed Chief Executive Officer of QANTM, one of Australia’s leading new media education and production companies. In this role, he worked directly with major international corporations and the federal and state governments. He was a Director of QANTM and sat on boards associated with spin-off companies and the incubator sector.
He established his own business consultancy practice, Creativity Well Pty Ltd, in 2004 and is Managing Director. He is also co-owner and director of VASE (Victory Audiosonic Sound Equipment), a boutique valve amplification company that services the international music industry.
Paul was the principal commercialisation consultant at ACID, the Australasian CRC for Interaction Design at QUT and was a Visiting Fellow within the Faculty of Creative Industries. He has lectured in Australian and International Universities and Colleges over the past thirty-five years.
Paul has taught in the Australian Institute of Management’s MBA program since 2004.
Coaching Philosophy
As a professional coach, Paul combines his educational background and considerable organisational leadership and management experience to challenge his clients to grow to be greater than they thought they could be. He seeks to re-awaken creative potential and grow communication skills which are essential in leading today.

Paul holds Masters Degrees in Education and Creative Industries and a range of other teaching qualifications. He has coached in the private, public and NFP sectors since 1995.
He has provided coaching in UQ’s Management Framework Course since 2014 across student 22 cohorts.

Paul is a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders and a Member of the Australian College of Educators. He has led and sat on boards and advisory committees of a range of other professional associations over the past 35 years.
Rupert Bryce
Rupert is a career executive coach and has 20 years’ experience in developing leaders in organisations. He is currently working with CEOs and senior executives of publicly listed companies and throughout his career as a coach has worked with over half of the ASX Top 50. Rupert is the Director and Founder of Performance Strategies, a successful leadership development consulting firm specialising in creating a coaching culture and capability through coaching skills for leadership.

Dr Leonie Horrigan
Leonie is a highly experienced and well-regarded executive coach of executives and senior managers with more than 20 years experience. Her coaching style supports both current and aspiring leaders to be high performing, successful, agile and resilient. Leonie is a registered business psychologist with a PhD in organisational change.
She has previously worked in senior management positions in large organisations and in senior consulting positions in award-winning consultancy firms. For the past 11 years Leonie has co-owned and operated a successful Brisbane based management consulting practice.
Leonie’s first-hand experience as a senior leader, company director and business owner combined with her high level expertise in business psychology and leader effectiveness make her an excellent coach for MBA and EMBA participants.
Approach and coaching philosophy
Leonie’s executive coaching style will help you as the coaching client to identify and act on powerful goals and career intentions, aligned with your values and priorities. You will gain new perspectives and insights, and new knowledge, skills and strategies. Leonie will help you to identify and explore the ways in which your thoughts and behaviours help you, and when they may hold you back.

- Registered Business Psychologist. This requires a minimum of six years of specialist training with supervised practice plus rigorous ongoing professional development each year.
- PhD in psychology (organisational change). A PhD is a minimum 3 years full time study or part time equivalent in a focused area of practice and/or research.
- Accredited Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
- Accredited in the Human Synergistics LSI and GSI, the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series, Myers-Briggs-Type Indicator (MBTI) and Team Management System (TMS)
- Coached over 80 clients with more than 600 hours of coaching time
