Dr Hamidreza Harati completed his PhD at the University of Queensland Business School, focusing his research on the effects of feedback on task performance. His expertise extends to cross-cultural research and teaching innovation in management.
His research has been published in academic outlets such as Psychological Science. He also contributed three book chapters in Research on Emotion in Organizations. He has also presented his research at conferences, including the Academy of Management, Association for Psychological Science, Society for Personality and Social Psychology, British Academy of Management, Southern Management Association, and Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management.
Since 2018, he has been actively involved in teaching at the University of Queensland. Prior to his academic career, he worked as a senior management consultant, gaining practical experience in human resource management and organisational behaviour.
