
Hamidreza Harati is a PhD candidate in the UQ Business School. Prior to his appointment, he was visiting scholar in the same faculty since 2017. He came to academia after a 6-year career as a senior management consultant. His diverse research interests covers cross-cultural psychology, workplace aggression, business ethics, and emotional well-being. His PhD thesis investigates simultaneous effect psychological state, situation, and culture on aggressive behaviour at the workplace. He is also presented his research in international conferences such as Southern management association, British academy of management, Society for personality and social psychology, Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management.
