Mr Frank Kennedy

Frank collaborates with UQ Business School staff to develop differentiated offerings, engagement and solutions across the Executive Education and MBA programs to current and emerging leaders, enterprises, MBA alumni and the community.

Over the years, Frank has led and transformed Business School Executive Education and MBA programs, as well as held executive positions in Human Resources, Global Learning, Talent Management and Organisational Development.

Frank applies his leadership experience in workplace change, higher education and financial services with the thought-leadership and rigour of the Business School to formulate strategy, launch initiatives and lead change. His aim is to enhance UQ Business School’s ability to build the capabilities and confidence of leaders, as well as to support UQ Business School’s knowledge transfer and positive impact to business, government and society.

Our Executive Education and MBA Programs are major channels for engagement with industry partners. Together, they are a value-adding gateway for industry to access the vast capabilities of UQ Business School and the broader University.
