Agata is a first-year PhD candidate in Management at the University of Queensland Business School. Her research looks at the role of leaders and emotions in optimising the performance of teams. She is a registered psychologist who has expertise and experience in leadership consulting, organisational development, corporate training, client satisfaction, employee wellbeing, psychometric testing and human factors. Agata is a tutor for MGTS2603: Leading & Managing People and a Psychology Student Support Tutor.
