About
The UQ BAFE Giving Society was established in 2019, by the first graduating cohort of the Bachelor of Advanced Finance and Economics Honours Program (BAFE). The Society wishes to connect members in an exclusive giving group who receive special communications and unique opportunities to engage with the UQ BAFE community.
Students of the BAFE program in their first year of study are invited to apply for this prize. The aim of the prize is to provide financial support via a one-off payment to a student who faces financial hardship.
The value of this award is at least $1,000 but limited to the value of the endowment fund.

Eligibility
You're eligible if you're:
- in your first year of study
- enrolled to study full-time
- can demonstrate financial disadvantage
Application dates
Applications close on Sunday 1 September 2024.

Students should apply via the link below. You'll need to provide evidence of financial hardship (such as a health care card)
You may be asked to provide further evidence as the selection process progresses.
