Jack has spent the last ten years working with companies of all shapes and sizes (from ASX 20 and government to universities, research organisations, and startups) to help them design, validate, release, and scale new products, services, ventures, and business models. 

He is passionate about three big questions: 

  1. How can we incorporate lessons from philosophy, design, behavioural economics, and social psychology to improve the products, services, and businesses we build and their impact on society?
  2. What fundamental business model shifts (and realignment of incentives) must occur to improve the world?
  3. How can we do business in a way that’s better for people and the planet?
