Joseph Baladi is a PhD candidate at UQ Business School, The University of Queensland. He is in the final phase of his program. Prior to this he was Adjunct Professor of Strategic Brand Management at Singapore Management University (SMU). He is the recipient of the prestigious Ron Frank Fellowship to read the Executive MBA program at SMU. He graduated with Honors in 2012 and was listed on the Dean's List.

Before embarking on his academic career he was a business and branding strategist managing multi-national brand consultancies across multiple geographies: from Melbourne to Mexico City; New York to Tokyo and most recently in Asia based in Singapore for over twenty years. He has held Senior, regional and global responsibilities as senior Vice President at DMB&B and McCann-Erickson Worldwide managing brands from P&G, MARS, Labatt Beers and Coca-Cola. He is also a frequent speaker on the conference circuit and a popular choice for corporate seminars and retreats.
