Researcher biography
Dr Lewis Liu undertakes research and teaching in both accounting and finance. His current research interests encompass issues relating to corporate finance, climate finance, credit rating and risk, voluntary disclosure, debt market and IPO.
Dr Liu has shared his insights at academic conferences, and his work has been published in highly regarded journals. Along with his extensive research work, Dr Liu has delivered postgraduate and undergraduate courses including Corporate Finance, Derivatives, Asset Pricing, Banking and Lending.
In addition to his academic work, Dr Liu has garnered practical experience through his years spent as a financial analyst in several banks and financial institutions. He has also been actively involved in providing consultation services to both consulting firms and governmental bodies.
