The University of Queensland Business School has again been confirmed as an elite global business school by international accrediting organisation the EQUIS Awarding Body.

The School has earned the prestigious EQUIS accreditation for five years, the longest duration possible.

UQ Business School Dean Professor Andrew Griffiths said the accreditation confirmed that the school was continuing to maintain high educational standards on the international stage.

“We have been accredited twice by EQUIS in the past, first in 2004 and again in 2009,” he said.

“This third renewal of our accreditation is further proof that UQ Business School is continuing to deliver the highest level of education to our students, and in turn providing an exceptional quality of graduates,” he said.

The EQUIS accreditation is a quality improvement system implemented by the EQUIS Awarding Body to raise the standard of management education worldwide.

EQUIS accreditation is recognised internationally.
