Due to COVID, business visa processing times for international delegates travelling to Australia to attend conferences have been affected, and applications may take longer than usual to finalise.
To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend you apply for your visa now.

Invitation letter
Depending on your country of origin, some international delegates travelling to Australia may require an official invitation letter to support their visa application and/or funding from their university to attend the conference.
Please download the official invitation letter (DOCX, 417.5 KB)signed by the AAPBS Executive Director, Betty J Chung.
Once you have downloaded the document, you can personalise the letter with your individual and university details.
